Registration
To register for the conference, please download the registration form. Registration form is in PDF format that can be read and filled in most common PDF readers (Adobe Reader is recommended). Please fill the registration form and return it by email to conference address.
Important deadlines
Registration and full paper delivery extended: May 13th, 2013
Acceptance / Rejections of papers: June 3rd, 2013
Fee payment: July 31st, 2013
Important note: Due to extended deadline the review process is slower and authors are not notified yet. Please be patient, the authors will be notified individually regarding acceptance or rejection of the paper once their paper passes the review process
Paper preparation
Papers have to meet the formal requirements given by Proceedings publisher Springer Verlag. All the papers must be formatted according to the template.
The length of the paper is restricted from 6 (minimum) to 8 (maximum) pages. Additional pages are subject of charge 50,- EUR / page.
Formatted paper must be delivered to conference email mechatronics2013@fme.vutbr.cz prior to the full paper delivery deadline for the reviews.
Template and instructions download
T1-book.dot Empty MS Word template by Springer. Macros must be allowed in MS Word when creating new document according this template.
Mechatronics2013_Sample.doc Formatted sample paper with proper layout, instructions and Springer macros. You can simply use this document to rewrite the content with your own.

Conference fee
The conference fee does not cover accomodation. Depending on your role the particular values are:
- Regular conference fee: 450,- EUR per person
- PhD students conference fee: 400,- EUR per student
- Passive attendance (without paper): 400,- EUR per person (includes Proceedings)
- Accompanying person: 100,- EUR per person (no Proceedings)
